Stevenage Football Club Limited (company no. 02901467) filed its latest accounts on 20 February 2026 for the year ended 31 May 2025 (2024/25, League One). They are total-exemption small-company accounts under FRS 102 Section 1A and state explicitly that the company has opted not to file the statement of income and retained earnings. The prior year carries identical wording. The filing therefore contains a balance sheet and notes only: no turnover, no wages-and-salaries note, no staff-cost line. The only workforce disclosure is average monthly employees, 199 (2024: 182). Net assets £725,305 (2024: £2,017,468) and a profit-and-loss reserve of -£1,110,194 imply a loss of roughly £1.33m in 2024/25, but a retained-earnings movement is not turnover.
