Latest filed accounts are Notts County Football Club Ltd for the year to 30 June 2025 (2024/25, League Two, 6th place), filed at Companies House on 26 March 2026 as small-company/filleted accounts: balance sheet and notes only, NO turnover or staff-costs disclosure (the 2023 and 2024 filings are the same). What the accounts do show: the P&L reserve moved from -£27,657,113 to -£17,899,411 (a profit of about £9.76m), driven by Football Radar Ltd (Reedtz-controlled) waiving a £10,750,000 loan effective 31 Dec 2024 and recognised as income; TheBusinessDesk (26 Mar 2026) reports a £9.7m headline profit and an underlying loss of about £1m.
