Green Threshold
The Green Threshold is the compliance line under SCR: squad cost of no more than 85% of adjusted football revenue, in both the Premier League and the Championship.

A club at or below 85% of adjusted football revenue is green — compliant, with nothing to pay and nothing to explain. Above it, the consequences differ by division.
In the Championship there is no band above the line. A club over 85% must cover the gap with owner equity, within the top-up limits, or it is in breach.
In the Premier League, crossing 85% moves a club into the levy band below its Red Threshold and starts cutting next season's allowance through the Feedback Loop.
Unused headroom below the Green Threshold does not carry forward. A frugal season buys nothing extra the following year.
